Nature of the service
Dentaire MarketPlace is a platform connecting students and individuals who wish to buy or sell second-hand equipment related to dental studies (models, phantoms, reusable instruments, books, etc.).
The platform acts solely as a technical content-hosting intermediary within the meaning of the LCEN and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). It is never a party to transactions concluded between members: exchanges, payments and handovers take place off the platform, under the sole responsibility of the members involved.
The platform receives no remuneration on transactions and is operated on a non-commercial basis.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, visual identity and code of Dentaire MarketPlace are the property of the publisher. Content posted by members (text, photos) remains the property of its authors, who guarantee its lawfulness.
Dentaire MarketPlace uses no logo, trademark or visual belonging to dental equipment manufacturers. University names and logos may appear purely descriptively (for example as an equipment-location filter), without any affiliation or endorsement being implied.
Reporting illegal content
Any potentially illegal content (counterfeiting, items prohibited from resale, trademark infringement, manifestly illegal content) can be reported via the report button on each listing, or by email to dentairemarketplace@gmail.com. Credible reports are handled promptly.
Applicable law
This site and its legal notice are governed by the law applicable in the European Union and, secondarily, by French law, the publisher's country of residence.
