How it works

1. 1Create an account and confirm your email address.
2. 2In your profile, enable the seller role (and fill in your student details to reassure buyers).
3. 3Click "Post a listing": add a title, a description, the price, the condition and photos.
4. 4Pick the category and your university so the right buyers can find you.
5. 5Submit: your listing goes through a quick moderation, then appears in the marketplace.

1. 1On a listing, click "Contact the seller" (sign in if you have not already).
2. 2Write your message: it is emailed to the seller with your address as the reply-to — that is what lets them get back to you.
3. 3The seller receives your message and replies directly from their own inbox: you then get their address.
4. 4From there you exchange freely by email to agree on the price, any payment and a meeting to hand over the item.

Privacy: your address is shared with the seller only when you write to them, and theirs is revealed only once they reply. No contact details are ever shown publicly.

2. 2Confirm your address via the link sent to your inbox.
3. 3Complete your profile: university, year of study and role (buyer, seller or both).
4. 4The student profile is optional, but it builds trust between students.

1. 1Edit the title, price, photos or description at any time.
2. 2Mark a listing as sold or hide it when the item is no longer available.
3. 3Delete a listing permanently if you wish.

Keep your listings up to date: it avoids being contacted about items already gone.

1. 1New listings go through moderation (automated and human) before becoming visible.
2. 2A "Report" button is available on every listing for inappropriate or suspicious content.
3. 3Our team reviews reports and removes anything that breaks the rules.

1. 1Agree together on the payment method and handover spot — ideally in person on campus.
2. 2Prefer meeting in a public, busy place.
3. 3Check the condition of the item before paying.
4. 4Beware of offers that seem too good to be true, and never share sensitive information (passwords, bank codes).
5. 5In doubt? Report the listing or write to us.

3. 3You can delete your account and your data at any time from your profile.
